4、投标人拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在上海市建筑建材业网站上查询为准。
5、本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。
6、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
7、本项目不接受组成联合体

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Possesses a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above for architectural engineering, and has a valid safety production license; . The project manager proposed by the bidder must have a registered constructor practice qualification of level two or above in architectural engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, the project manager must be registered on the Shanghai Construction and Building Materials Industry website. 5. This project is only open to small and medium-sized enterprises (including-sized, small, and micro-sized enterprises) for procurement. 6. Suppliers who comply with the provisions of Article 17 of the "Guiding Op on Connecting with International High Standards for Trade and Economic Rules and Promoting Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Areas" (No. 12, 224, Shanghai Finance Procurement) shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project. 7. This project does not accept joint bids
