(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）供应商须具有水工金属结构制作与安装工程专业承包二级资质，项目经理必须持有水利水电工程专业二级注册建造师执业资格，还须具备水行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》（B证），其余施工人员须持证上岗。
（4）本项目为专门面向中小企业项目。
（5）本项目不允许联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Suppliers must have a secondary contracting qualification for the production and installation of hydraulic metal structures, and the project manager must hold a Level II registered constructor qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. They must also possess a Safety Production Assessment Certificate (B certificate) issued by the water administration department. All other construction personnel must be certified to work.
(4) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
(5) Joint bids are not allowed for this project.
