(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、投标人具备建设部颁发的通信工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、项目负责人具备通信与广电工程一级注册建造师执业资格。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. The bidder shall possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for communication engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. 4. The project leader holds a first-class registered constructor qualification in communication and broadcasting engineering.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
